Introduction: Aberrant expression of serotonin receptors has been described to be involved in the pathophysiology of both aldosterone-producing and cortisol-producing adrenal adenomas.Case report: A 46-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of severe hypertension associated with hypokalaemia.
